    A candidate who wants to study tax law at the undergraduate or postgraduate level has to fulfil the following eligibility criteria for admission to the courses:

    CourseEligibility
    UG Course
    • Candidates should have cleared their Higher Secondary School (Class12) or its equivalent examination from a recognized board of education
    • They should have obtained at least 50% marks in aggregate in all subjects
    • There are no age limit criteria to study law courses in India
    PG Course
    • Candidates need to have the following qualification for a postgraduate course in Tax law:
    • For an LLB course, candidates should have obtained a degree from a recognized university
    • For an LLM course, candidates must have a degree in law from a recognized university
    • They should have obtained at least 55% marks in their graduation degree
