You need to pass certain qualifications to get admitted for undergraduate medical courses in the state of Uttarakhand. Candidates are required to have qualified 10th and 12th grades with their compulsory subjects as Physics, Chemistry, and Biology, also scoring marks of at least 50% in a qualifying exam for students falling under general categories, while SC/ST requires 40%. Plus, you need to qualify for the NEET entrance exam, which has been mandated for all medical studies. As a Delhi resident, you can apply to the 15% All India Quota seats or to the 85% state quota if you fulfill domicile requirements.
