What is the eligibility for CLAT in India?

The candidate shall be eligible for appearing in CLAT if-he or she has passed his 10+2 with minimum 45% aggregate marks and 40% for reserved categories.
also those who are appearing for 10+2 can also apply
The age criteria is still not clear as the organising university NUALS kochi has yet not released any information regarding age criteria.
As of now there is no upper limit fixed but there may be an upper limit fixed.

Candidates must have passed class 12 or an equivalent examination from a recognised board or institution. One requires a 45% aggregate percentage in class 12th (lower for reserved categories) and from 2018 onwards, there is age limit. So, anyone who fulfils the above criteria can sit for the CLAT exam
