What is the exam pattern of the Airport Authority of India (AAI) entrance exam?

Across India regularly and conducts entrance examinations. There are more than 18,000 personnel under AAI and it is continuing its recruitment, every year. Starting from the junior level, the AAI recruitment happens at all levels. The executive positions that are filled with engineering students are filled only based on GATE score. Other than these positions, there are several positions starting from administration to lower division positions. The candidates have to apply online through the official site of AAI. Generally, AAI examination for lower and middle level are conducted for 100 marks. The minimum pass marks are 50 out of 100 for General/OBC candidates and 40 out of 100 for SC and ST candidates. The time duration for Computer Based (Online) test is two hours. Candidates are tested for Basic Arithmetic, Basic Science, Elementary English/Grammar and General Knowledge. Thank you.

Airport Authority of India AAI is an exam for junior assistant and junior manager. Exam is organized over years for aspirant to join these post. In the exam, questions are asked from General Knowledge, General Intelligence, Aptitude, General English, Automobile, Mechanical, and Fire. There are total 4 section Basic Arithmetic, Basic Science, Elementary English and General knowledge and each section has 25 question, which makes total of 100 question asked in the exam to solve in the time duration of 120 minutes. After this exam, candidate has to go through various other test for getting selected for this job. Candidate have to go for certificate verification, and then after that they are called for medical fitness test in which they have to fit in the parameters fixed by the authority. After this, they are called for Driving Test and Physical Endurance Test. And then, they are called for job.

For AAI Junior Executive Exam – The duration of written examination is 120 minutes. The written test will have objective type questions with multiple choices. Candidate will be required to choose the most appropriate answer out of the four options. There will not be any negative marking, however, candidates are requested to check the same when they get the question paper while appearing in the exam. There will be two sections of the exam viz. Technical and Non-Technical Section. Technical Section will be having questions to test the technical/subject knowledge of the candidate. Non-Technical Sections will be primarily aiming at testing the general awareness of the candidate along with aptitude, English, numerical ability related questions. AAI exam for Junior Assistant- Fire Service - It is a 2-hour exam with questions from 4 sections, Basic Mathematics, Basic Science, Elementary/English Grammar, General Knowledge. Each section max. of 25 marks.

Airports Authority of India controls majority of the airports in the country except of course that have been given out to private enterprise in recent past. Some if the airports that have been funded by state government are also out of its control. Now the government is allowing private parties to build in and operate airports. In these cases also AAI has no direct control. But it's a regulatory body that keeps tab on different airports. To manage its work AAI recruits people and train them at their own training establishment. The entrance exam is an All India Basis and is based on +2 syllabuses. It's a test of reasoning, logic and comprehension. Anybody with average intelligence can clear this exam. What is explained is only peripheral information. I would advise prospective students to go through website of AAI for obtaining detailed information about this.

Airport Authority of India conducts entrance exams for various departments such as fire, technical, automobiles, etc. and the exam pattern of each department remains different. About AAI - The Airports Authority of India is also having 4 training establishments through the civil aviation training college (CATC) at Allahabad, Fire Training Centres (FTC) at Delhi and Kolkata, National Institute of Aviation Management and Research (NIAMAR) at Delhi. Dear, The entrance test conducted by the Airport Authority of India is quite simple. The pattern is as follow: (1) Exam paper consists of two parts. (2) Part A (common to all); includes general knowledge, general intelligence, general aptitude, English grammar. (3) Part B (if you are opting for the post of junior executive -Airport operation) consist of mathematics and science. It is all class 12th level. Both of the sections consist of 50% weightage.
