The fee Structure for the MCA) course is
1- For the general category, the total fee, including tuition fees and other charges, is INR 91,770.
2- For OBC and EBC categories, the total tuition fee including other charges is INR 51,543.
3- There is no tuition fee for the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes category and they need to pay only activity and stationary charges of INR 3,270.
However, the transport charges and other charges will be charged extra as decided by the college.

The Trinity Academy of Engineering (TAE) is affiliated with Savitribai Phule Pune University. The college has announced an ad hoc fee structure for admission in the academic session 2022–23 on its official website. This may change later as per the decision of the Maharashtra government.
