    HRM is Human Resource Management is basically every organization has this department to handle their employees training and management for selection of the candidate according to his skills and company requirement and also to handle the payroll of the company who will getting paid how much who has been absent in past days etc.

It is fully a labour source management and employee oriented course and it will need a good communication skills and man power controlling abilities over the management of the organization. It also has the specialized capacity over the human source of a business concern.
