    Textile design is essentially the process of creating designs for woven, knitted or printed fabrics or surface ornamented fabrics. Textile designers are involved with the production of these designs, which are used, sometimes repetitively, in clothing and interior decor items. Graduates of a degree program in textile design can go on to create textiles in a variety of industries and at a variety of career levels.     Jewelry design is basically designing of jewelry or accessory through art and creativity. While textile design is creating design for printed fabrics or surface ornamented fabrics. There is a huge scope of both either textile design or jewelry design.
    CAD (Computer Aided Design) software is used in jewelry making. Beside it many jewelry designer make designs through their hands. There are many well-known colleges in India which provide jewelry design courses. Arch College of Design and Business is the best one among them.
