Hostels of LPU are providing good facilities. First of all in the ground floor it is availing ATMs, dining mess, study room, WH Smith for shopping, and a cafeteria too. Moreover it makes the use of biometric turnstile gates that promotes selective entry for students and also maintains security.Overall it good. But yes,sometimes coolers and heaters give some kind of interruption, but that doesn't matter a lot, afterall RMS is there to accept complaints -

I suggest you not to opt for mess as all find vendors with great quality food
Hostel mess is a mess.
My friend's hardly had mess food and practically, it is not possible for you to have lunch in the hostel as the university is very big and students can not be able to cover the distance in one hour from your block to hostel
