The hostel fee in LPU varies and depends upon your own choice, There are rooms of different seater I. e 1 seater, 2 seater, 3 seater and 4 seater. There are also apartments in same number of seater. All these rooms come with two other option I. e cooler or AC. There are dormitory also upto 8 seater approximately.

Standard Rooms are those where students can live in a sharing like 4 or 3 or 2 or 1 seater room with the option that one can having Air Cooled or Air Conditioned. Well, the hostel fee and mess fee totally depends upon the type of mess and hostel you opt for. Let me tell you what I know about LPU hostels and Mess. At LPU there are different kinds on hostel option available:
1. Apartment (costly one) - there are options ranging from single seater - four seater, Kitchen attached
2. Standard Rooms (Most commonly preferred) - again option range from 1 seater - 6 seater
3. Dormitories - Rooms shared by upto 16 persons. Similarly, there are 3 types of MESS:

Basic Mess

The fee of the hostel varies from 50 k to 95 k depending on the facility that you are opting for. The hostel facility varies from dormitory, four seater, three seater, two seater, singles seater and apartments. LPU has a hostel from 1 seater to 6 Seater including the AC and Non AC. Coming on residential charges at LPU, I would like to tell you hostel, apartment, mess and laundry charges are separate. As per your preference you can avail residential facilities. Charges vary as per seater you choose to stay. Residential charges: depends upon what type of room you want. You get almost all options of the room from AC to non-AC, so the range varies between Rs 36000 to 150000 INR per academic session. I stayed in LPU hostel during my Post graduation years and honestly those were the best days of my life. I made some amazing friends and had some amazing experiences. I would say that it is a great university which every students are looking for. Be it studies, hangout places, infrastructure or extracurricular activities, this university has it all.

Hi. Firstly I would like to tell you the capacity in LPU hostel is the largest in the world. These are the facilities that are provided by hostels as per my knowledge: Attached washroom and geyser in each room, Air cooler in each room and if you want to avail AC room you can get that as well. B.Ed study table, chair and almirah is provided by LPU. The best part was 24 Hrs. Security Services, 24 Hrs. CCTV Surveillance, 24 Hrs. Electricity Backup, 24 Hrs. Water Supply, 24 Hrs.
