    There is no such thing as "ideal". The number of sample papers and their frequency varies from person to person. The number of sample papers to be solved before the UGC NET exam depends on the individual's preparation level, strengths and weaknesses. The first stage in the preparation is to understand and complete the syllabus. Once you're thorough with the syllabus, move to practice. It is right saying - Practice makes you perfect. In the initial days, try to solve 3-4 sample papers in a week and slowly increase the frequency. By solving more and more sample papers, aspirants get a better understanding of the exam pattern.
