What is the last date to apply for bachelor of designing (fashion designing) course? How can I get LPU-NEST sample papers for this exam?

Dear Ayush, The last date to apply for bachelor of designing (fashion designing) course is 15th July as per the LPU website but I highly recommend apply asap as LPU has few seats for this programme and competition is very high. My cousin missed admission last year because of the last date. LPUNEST is National Entrance and Scholarship Test for admission to various programmes in Lovely Professional University. This test forms the basis of eligibility for some of the programmes and for a scholarship for most of the programmes. In every course you wish to opt for, sample papers are available on the website for your practice. The Sample Papers are just to help you practice the type of questions that can be asked in the final examination. It does not mean that the same question will be asked in the examination. Being an alumni I would like to throw light on eligibility details. Pass with 50% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with English) or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPUNEST or UCEED.For a candidate, who has not studied English as a subject, the condition of English may be waived off provided the candidate in his qualifying exam has studied in English medium. (5% relaxation to North East states and Sikkim candidates/ Defence Personnel and their Dependents/ Wards of Kashmiri Migrants) LPUNEST is National Entrance and Scholarship Test for admission to various programmes in Lovely Professional University. This test forms the basis of eligibility and scholarship for most of the programmes and for some of the programme test is applicable only for scholarship.LPU NEST is conducted online and it is MCQ based test with no negative marking. The registration of LPU NEST is open Online and you can apply for the LPU NEST. Due to the situation that is COVID-19, the exam dates will be informed based on the Government decision.One more important thing, you can find the syllabus of LPU NEST. Exam dates, exam pattern, and moreover sample questions on the LPU website. The paper is designed on the very basic knowledge of the courses that you have studied till date and also focused on the discipline you are writing the exam. English subject is mandatory part in this exam. Content is completely based on basics and specific topics are shared on their website as well. Rest depends which course you are choosing. Hi Ayush, the admission for B Design Fashion is still on. You can apply for LPUNEST online. LPU NEST is an entrance test conducted by LPU for admission in various programmes. It aims to check how far the concepts from the previous qualification are clear. It's tough but those who have studied honestly will be able to make it. Don't you worry, the syllabus of LPU NEST is all that you have studied in your previous qualification. In addition to it, there are questions of reasoning, verbal ability, analytical ability are also there. LPU NEST is a proctored exam and questions are asked in the form of MCQs. The result is displayed on the dashboard of the student after 24 hrs. One gets two chances of attempting LPU NEST. The best of the two results will be applicable for scholarship. One has to register oneself with the university and pay online for taking LPU NEST. Application form will be in a format that can be processed by Optical Mark Reader (OMR).
