Clearing UPMSP Matric exams is all about securing more than the minimum required marks. To pass, a student needs to secure 33% marks in UP Board High School examinations. The students must note that practical marks will be counted to prepare the final UP Board result 2025 class 10. Students who are unable to achieve this score can apply for the compartment exam. The board accepts applications for both improvement and compartment exams after the declaration of results.

The weightage for each subject in the UP Board class 10 exam is 100, with 70 marks assigned to theoretical and 30 marks for practical and internal evaluation by the particular school. Below are the passing standards for the theory and practical exams for UP class 10:

    • Passing the examination requires a minimum score of 33%. Students who fall short of this cutoff may apply for compartment exams.
    • Marks for practical subjects are tailored to prepare the results.
