Hello Sir,
CBIT being one of the top colleges, demands a rank of less than 4k, to get into.
As of last year, streams like CSE, ECE had an closing rank near to 5k (if through sports quota) and 4k (through EAMCET rank).
But, there will still be second counseling.
And, the ranking system changes every year.
