    Hi!

    The Ph.D coursework at LPU University includes the following courses: Research and Publication Ethics, Research Methodology, Academic writing and presentation skills and research seminar.

    Students must complete the coursework during the first one or two semesters of the program. The minimum passing marks for the coursework are:
    • 55% aggregate in the individual courses
    • At least 40% in the final end term examination
    • Minimum 75% aggregate attendance 
       
    • Some other aspects of the PhD programme at LPU University include:
    • A special scholarship of 20% is available for female candidates and LPU alumni. 
      The examination fee is Rs. 4500

    LPU course work is mandatory for all the students admitted in PhD programme. The course work will have a minimum of 14 credits. All candidates admitted to the PhD. programme will be required to complete the course work prescribed by the university during the initial one or two semesters.

    The course work for PhD (non-Agricultural) will consist of the following four courses:

    Course I: Research and Publication Ethics

    Course II: Research Methodology

    Course III: Academic Writing and Presentation Skills

    Course IV: Research Seminar
