LPU is one of the best universities in India. It is a UGC-approved university which has been ranked well by various agencies on the basis of its infrastructure, its faculty, its placements, its teaching practices, etc. The university provides ample opportunities to each and every of the eligible students to secure good placement. In LPU lot of pharmacy and biotech companies come on campus for placement drives. LPU Pharmacy School Comes under the best 30 pharmacy colleges in the India. If students want to do really well in the world of pharmacy, LPU is one of the best places to study it. Companies like Glaxo, Ranbaxy, Eric Life Sciences, etc. Do in campus placements in LPU.

Being an Alumni of LPU, I would say, If you have chosen LPU as your academic partner, I think you should not worry about placements. The curriculum of this course lays strong emphasis on in-depth knowledge of theoretical and practical aspects of ayurvedic pharmacy resulting in the Knowledge Enhancement
There are more number of workshops being conducted on Drug Regulatory Affairs (DRA), Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), Computer Aided Drug Designing (CADD), validation and instrumentation helps develop research skills in students. Placements equally depends upon student as on university. LPU trains the student so well that cracking any interview is a cake walk. The placement scene in Pharmacy is very bright in LPU because the students are being exposed to a lot research and their research papers being published. There are many patents are being filed for the M. Pharmacy Students for presenting the research papers. Students can attain career as Drug Inspector, Food Inspector, Research Scientist in production of drugs, cosmetics & nutraceuticals, quality control, quality assurance and auditing of GMP, EU-GMP, USFDA, ISO certification, HACCP, MHRA like organisations. Not only these, the students are trained on various software and technologies which make employability easier, the soft skill training, professional etiquette, mannerisms, ethics and values are inculcated into students for overall development. Many pharma majors like Ranbaxy, Abbott, Glaxo Smith Kline (GSK), Freyr, Pharmazz India Private Limited, India, Eric Life Sciences, Chandigarh are regular campus recruiters. Top class faculty is provided to the students as a result of which most of the students are getting placed in companies like Ranbaxy, Biocon, Sunpharma, Cipla, Wockard, Jubliant, Quantam Solutions etc. Having good job profiles in research and development, quality control, process development, formulation development, novel drug delivery, production, drug inspection to name a few.
