What is the placement record of LPU for B.Pharma?

Placements at Lpu start from 3 lac pa and have been established at 1 core per annum so far. More than 450 companies (both national and international) visit the Lpu campus every year. They also groom students from the first year itself with personality development courses, interview-facing skills, etc. It is clear from the performance of Lpu students that the university is providing all opportunities it can that too from every corner of the world, but individually it majorly depends on how the student has performed overall, specifically in academics, and his skills or tactics to clear the interview phases. LPU has good rankings too in terms of placements. Students need not have to doubt the placements at lpu for sure Regards.

LPU received an Employability award by Aspiring Mind in 2020 for best placement Institute in India. LPU is ranked 10th best university for Training and Placement in 2019 by Knowledge Review. The maximum salary offered to the B.Pharma student last year was 7 LPA while 4.98 LPA was average salary offered. Two students of the university got placed in Freyer Solutions while two others got shortlisted in GlaxoSmithkline. Others got placed with top brands including Abbott, VLCC healthcare, Nestle, Cadila, Ravenbhel, Max Super Speciality Hospitals, Dr Lal Path Labs etc. B.Pharma. Is an undergraduate four years course (approved by PCI) which is a prerequisite for registration to practice as a pharmacist. LPU provides good placements. The first thing that I should mention is that the training and placement cell of LPU is very efficient. It not only brings in best-in-industry companies for placements, but also provides students with training to make them fit for the written and interview/GD rounds conducted by these companies for placement. LPU has tie-ups with renowned companies from different industries. If we talk specifically of B.Pharma the placement scenario of B.Pharma is getting better year by year. About 80-90 per cent students get placed every year with decent packages. A lot of companies come to LPU for placement, many of which are open to students of all streams. Companies like SmurAgro, Dr. Lal Path Labs, Capgemini, Google, etc. Come to the campus for recruitment of students. Students can attain career as Drug Inspector, Food Inspector, Research Scientist in production of drugs, cosmetics & nutraceuticals, quality control, quality assurance and auditing of GMP, EU-GMP, USFDA, ISO certification, HACCP, MHRA like organisations. The students will get other job positions as Clinical Research Scientist, Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) Analyst, Medical Writers, Scientific Advisory and Administrator in bulk drug industries and KPOs. Higher studies in India and abroad can be pursued. The placement scene in Pharmacy is very bright in LPU because the students are being exposed to a lot research and their research papers being published. There are many patents are being filed for the M. Pharmacy Students for presenting the research papers.
