    I think it's better to opt for NITW. NITW ECE has very good faculty and very good placements.

    Dear friend, I don't have much idea about IIT Roorkee but of course, IITs are always preferred more than NITS. Talking about NITW it is one of the best college to do engineering in ECE. And also the package are very good and 100%. .

    Well, IIT are the higher level up as compared to NITs. But if we talk about branch the ECE is better option either you do it from NIT, it will be better option. You can go in any field as per you interest in which you are comfortable. Production engineering from IIT Roorkee is very big thing. It's placements are also quite good. Both IIT and NIT are good with good branches. Kindly assure that in which field you are interested and go according to that. All the best.
