In today's scenario, what I believe before pursuing any course all aspirants should be highly concerned about future career scope with global quality education. So let me start with same order of concern. Career Scope of B.Sc. Hons. Agriculture is not limited to Domestic base rather its been accepted globally in different career aspects or profiles like Corporate job, Government Job, Teaching, Research etc. Salary is competitive enough as it is unique field.
At the same time, in my opinion, its really important to select the Best University for pursuing any course to get prepared with all round development to achieve best placement.

    Dear Sakshi,
LPU is the only private university that has ICAR approval.LPU students got top packages from leading Agriculture companies. Students of the School of Agriculture are placed in Dhanuka, HDFC Bank, Reliance retail, Syngenta, Bio Seed, Nestle, Smur Agro, VLCC, Virbac, Amazon, Sanra organics, and many more.
The package really depends on what he can show to the recruiters, how much he is worth or deserved. There were some students who cracked the placement and got offered 1 crore LPA, while many failed to do so. On average, the Agriculture students of LPU are offered and placed in the starting package of 5.5 TO 6 LPA(Fixed salary

    Hello!
Always remember, your placement is on basis of two things:
    1. How much you have learned from your degree and how much you can apply in the real time situations in your job.
    2. The initial platform which is provided by a college of high repute. In this case LPU
Normally into the placements for Agriculture students, LPU takes the cake. Last year in a first for Agriculture institutions across the country, Kavita Faman a LPU student secured a package of INR 1 CRORE with a food processing international major Monsanto LLc.
So whichever course you want to do, you must make a informed choice. I would like to name a few companies that visit
