What is the possibility of being in the same university in UK for two people to be International students? I am asking for me and my friend!

It is not too high if it's a top ranking university. Even if you and your friends may have the similar profile, universities will evaluate according to their policies and the results may differ. You can actually email the admission offices directly and take help of a professional counselling service. Universities also have their agents or representatives who can help you guys out.
