What is the preparation strategy for IBPS?

Every year, a lot of people gives this IBPS but a few people crack this PO exam. IBPS exam for Probationary Officer conducted by institute of banking selection every year for PO recruitment in banks. IBPS exam is a three-stage selection programme. Phase I Preliminary Phase II Mains Phase III Interview Planning: You have to plan according to your study materials.Through study programme, you will know about that you complete all topics. And you can also give more time to your weak areas. Time Management: you should plan for every subject topic checks the complete list of PO syllabus topics first. You should divide your time into all subjects. Pay attention more for your delicate items. It is a not best practice that you spend your most of the time for an individual topic. Step by step preparation: You should prepare all subjects and step by step means in which subject you are weak prepared first. Increase your reading, writing, listening and speaking skills. Follow practice make a perfect: You should have practiced with IBPS PO Mock test as much as you can in real time and previous paper. It is a time-saving strategy for bank exam that you make useful notes like shortcuts formulas, tricks, and important points on a separate sheet for last time preparation. Hello, There are basically 4 sections in Bank exam - Verbal Ability, DILR, Quants and GK. Verbal Ability: Start reading newspaper daily to increase your reading speed and grasping power. It will also help you to get in touch with basic vocab. Don't miss out the editorial page. Do a proper analysis of articles on the editorial page. Try to make a summary of articles that you read para by para. You can switch to the book called WORD POWER MADE EASY by NORMAN LEWIS. DILR The best thing to score in LR-DI is to practice more questions on a daily basis so you understand which sets you should leave and before attempting the sets what are the things you should look for. I would suggest 'Puzzles by George J Summers'. Quants This section is one of the most scoring section for student and you too should try to get maximum marks in this section. It has a proper syllabus and you need to practice each and every chapter. The major topics are- Geometry, Arithmetic, Algebra, Number System and Modern Math. It is basically the math that you have studied till the tenth standard. However, having said that, the questions are not really easy. Focus more on Arithmetic and Algebra as these two are the most important topics. GK Read newspaper daily for current affairs and go for Lucent for GK.

GMAT is exam conducted for getting into foreign universities.Preparation can be of three types: self, self plus coaching, coaching. It depends on whether you are a working professional or a student. So, if you are working you have to prepare either by self-using the correspondence booklets or you can take the option of taking weekend coaching classes. Also, you can buy some famous books used for the preparation of MBA entrance exams. But if you are a student then you have a good amount of time to prepare. So you can use the correspondence course and books initially for self-preparation and later can join coaching classes for brushing up your preparation with added techniques. So, any MBA entrance exam has generally three sections- quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning & data interpretation and verbal reasoning along with the study of general current affairs. So, depending on your strengths, weakness and speed, prepare the three sections accordingly and nail the exam. Speed, accuracy and time management for this exam is a must. Two stages stage 1 and stage 2.

Quantitative Aptitude -There will be a major change in the pattern and level of this section in the Prelims & Mains exam. -While Prelims section would comprise of all the common topics of quant section, ranging from number series, simplification to quadratic, DI & Arithmetic problems, Mains section would focus specifically on Data Interpretation. -Naturally, the preparation strategy for the 2 levels would vary. The IBPS selection process consists of three phases, which include two online objective tests and an interview. The two exams that are a part of the IBPS PO recruitment are the Preliminary Exam or the Prelims and the Main Exam or the Mains. The Prelims consists of 3 sections while the Mains includes 2 additional sections, having a total of 5 sections. The Prelims Exam includes the following sections: English Language Quantitative Aptitude Reasoning Ability In addition to these, the Mains Exam includes two sections: General Awareness on Banking Computer Knowledge. In order to prepare for this, we need to have good material and guidance, as a lot of people are applying for the same. Not just the material is important but giving continuous tests and practicing the same often should also be given equal importance.
