What is the probable way to get into the same as most training profiles require experience & Masters in psychology requires a BA?

I have done my B.Sc. IT and post that started in HR. I was searching for probable alternatives to becoming a soft skills trainer or organizational psychologist. I've 5 years of work experience in recruitments and currently, I am a freelance recruiter. I was looking for upskilling.
