What is the procedure for admission to the Craftsmanship course in IHM Kolkata?

IHM Kolkata is an acronym for the Institute of Hotel Management, Catering Technology & Applied Nutrition, Kolkata. IHM Kolkata was founded in 1963 and was founded by Mr. P. A. Koshy.
