Hi, The admission process has already started at Lovely Professional University. During the current lockdown period due to the COVID-19 pandemic, to support candidates, LPU has initiated a fully online application to the admission process. The eligibility criteria is pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with Physics, Mathematics, and English) or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPU NEST. LPU NEST will be exempted in case student has scored more than or equal to 90 percentile in JEE Mains or 90% aggregate marks in 10+2. To get into LPU for Mechanical Engineering, follow these steps:
Check eligibility – 60% aggregate in 10+2 with Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry and English. (5% relaxation for certain candidates)
Apply online – Sign up on LPUADMIT portal, fill the B.Tech application, upload photo/ID, and pay ~INR 1,000–1,500.
Take LPUNEST (or use JEE Main/CUET) – Choose test mode, book slot, sit for entrance + scholarship test.
