    Air India used to pick up candidates from IGRUA for pilots position. But this process is on hold since 2012 and no one is aware if they will do it again or not!
    CAE has recently collaborated with IGRUA also for IndiGo Cadet Pilot Program. This program is designed by IndiGo to train preselected candidates through a selection procedure and hence only these candidates get a chance to get placed in IndiGo.
