What is the process to fill the choices in spot round of NCHM counselling? Do I have to withdraw my seat to do the same?

I have taken admission in AIHM, Chandigarh in 2nd round of NCHM counselling. I want to fill the choices in spot round to get admission in IHM, Bangalore.
