What is the qualification of the LPU faculty?

Being a alumni of this University, I would like to answer your query, First of all my experience at LPU was amazing I did MBA from LPU, LPU is helping me grow professionally and personally with its career-oriented programs and support. As per my knowledge, Lovely Professional University has around more than 2000 faculty members in the university. The university has experienced, specialised and well-qualified faculty members. Some of the faculty members are from IITs, NITs, IIITs, Iims etc. Faculty members are highly qualified, most of the faculty members have done their Ph.D. and others are pursuing, They have at least minimum of 5 years of experience and ample amount of knowledge, both theoretical and practical knowledge. They are cooperative and whenever you need their help they are ready to help you out. Professors of LPU are renowned for their friendly, open door approach. They bring their passion and enthusiasm for teaching into the classroom providing an intimate, interactive, personalized approach to learning The faculty members are invited by the International Universities for the seminars and conferences of International level. Research papers are published by the Faculty members. Faculty is involved in research and Patents are filed by the different faculty departments also. The faculty recruited by the university are only either experienced or an alumni of NIT's or IIT's, Iims Teaching mode is English, thus students who come from across India will be comfortable. The management is student friendly and helps out every one in need. Thee best part at LPU is that the feedback of students are frequently taken and considered I. e if they are facing any problem with any professor or not liking the way he teaches then they can report it to head of dept who reports the same to head of school and finally the teacher gets replaced. So no need to worry about faculty member or professors at LPU. Thank you!

LPU composed of the best faculty members from IIM, IITs and the other best B schools. Maximum faculty members are PhD's or pursuing the same. One of the most interesting thing is that very recently LPU has propounded an app through which the students could communicate their grievances, discussions or other material could also be uploaded by the professors on it. I believe this is the best platform where the students could at point of time discuss anything to their faculty members. This would also lead to the better understanding between both the levels. Research papers, Book chapters, Patents are playing protagonist in the life of professors so this could also decline the gap between the professors and students. LPU has also collaborated with foreign faculty members, so the students are also getting the opportunities to interact with them.

Dear Student Majority of the faculty at LPU is a holder of doctorate degree and they are very actively engaged in research activities. LPU also has a separate Division of Research and Development for extensively research oriented faculty members in which they also supervise various analytical grade sophisticated Instruments. Moreover, Some of the LPU faculty have projects sanctioned from the various agencies of government of India. Apart from research, they are also very good at teaching as I was an alumni from this University and had a very good learning experience.

All the faculty members are highly experienced and they are very supportive and a lot of the faculty members have received some kind of appreciation award from somewhere and they've always helped the students to grow and learn a lot more. Most faculty members are from IITs, NITs and GATE qualified with Ph.D. degree and having 3-4 research paper published. Most of them are also having postdoctoral degrees from renowned foreign universities. I can say Professors or faculty of LPU are renowned for their friendly, open-door approach. They bring their passion and enthusiasm for teaching into the classroom providing an intimate, interactive, personalized approach to learning.

LPU is recognised by UNIVERSITY GRANTS COMMISSION and has ranked 47th as per NATIONAL INSTITUTIONAL RANKING FRAMEWORK 2022. The faculty itself is from prestigious institutes of India such as IIT's and Iims, many of them are Ph.D. holders and some of them are pursuing it hence providing quality of education to each and every student. After every semester, the syllabus is updated according to the demand of current needs of industry. The faculty members are available all the time of the week so that the student can approach any time. Best thing is, LPU designed their curriculum for all the courses in a way that any company offers them a Job.

The faculty of LPU are trained professionals who have studied at top universities of the country and have worked with industrial giants also are equipped with academic excellence. Most of them have studied at reputed universities and institutions. They deserve to be the faculty hence they are at the dais. The academic and professional details about faculty are mentioned on the website. The teachers also ACT as mentors to the students. The students can call them and talk to them to get an answer to any academic or personal problem they feel stuck at. The faculty are engaged in higher learning and research work simultaneously.
