What is the required cutoff in CAT to pursue MBA?

It's depends upon the college to college. Which ranges between 50%le to 100%le. Some colleges may offer you admission even less than the 50%le but they are very few and you need to find those colleges by own and connect with them directly.

Hi dear,
IIM A, B, C mostly go for 98 percentile and above while IIMS still have 90 percentile as their cut off. IITD has a 95 percentile cutoff. IITR have 93-95 percentile cutoff. But, one thing you should keep in mind, they all have sectional cutoffs too. So, work hard on all 3 sections individually. Then, we have IMIs and IMT G with little low cutoffs to aim for. -
There is no specific cut-off to pursue MBA. I have seen people who scored 98 percentile as well as people with 60 percentile doing MBA. The thing that depends is kind of college you get with these percentiles. Anything above 98-99 percentile will get you most of the IIMs. And 60 percentile can GET you a Tier-3 college which probably would have opened recently.

7 years agoThere is no such specific cut-off required to pursue MBA. You will get admission in a number of colleges with lower percentile also but it will not be worth doing MBA from such B-Schools. Aim high and prepare yourself to get admission in top IIMs. You need to score above 90 percentile to get a call from top IIMs for a general category student.
Hope it helps.
