First, you take science group in 12th standard. Science group means botany and zoology included as subjects. For B.Sc in microbiology at Jaipur National University(https://www.jnujaipur.ac.in), minimum eligibility criteria is 10+2 Sciences (Biology / Maths/ Agriculture/ Biotech or Equivalent ) minimum 45% marks at 10+2 level or equivalent with English as compulsory Subject.
