    Hi Harshini,
A firm consists of people who come together having expertise of different fields like accountancy, sales, operations, IT, marketing, CA International trade and various other. Who would appoint them? Who would search them? Who would train them? Who would mark the attendance? Who would plan their salary structure? Who would grant their leaves? Who would plan their promotion, incentives and a lot of work like these?
