The scope of the sector can be widely seen in the electronics industry. The application of B.Sc. Electronics branch can be widely seen in the telecommunication industry, signal transmission information processing, control systems, circuit design etc. Whereas the Graduation in Maths helps you to pursue your career as a Maths teacher. Simply graduating may not be enough, you might have to study further and go into research in a big way, M.Tech and Ph.D. would lead you to these organisations depending upon your research area. Pursuing these programs from ordinary colleges will not be enough, you will have to do these from top universities/colleges of high repute like LPU. Much more hardwork is needed. DVD.

    B.Sc mathematics:
You can do M.Sc in mathematics, M.Sc in statistics, Applied mathematics, mathematical computer application, etc.
    B.Sc physics:
Physics is very huge field. After B.Sc in physics, you can apply for M.Sc in various field like: quantum physics, aerospace, astronomy, electronic, instrumentation and many more.
    B.Sc electronics:
It is derived line of physics. After B.Sc, you can pursue M.Sc in elections, electronic and communication, instrumentation, robotics, embedded technology, etc.
If you looking for a huge scope than physics is good, but as per my view B.Sc electronics is better.
