    Company Law covers the entire system of a company including legal aspects related to its formation, operation, governance, and dissolution. Hence, it has a great scope among:

    • Company Law defines and regulates various types of companies such as, public, private, limited liability partnerships, and NGOs.
    • Graduates can have roles like registering a company, including drafting of Memorandum of Association (MOA) and Articles of Association (AOA), obtaining important approvals, and fulfilling other legal formalities.
    • Company Lawyers also define the roles of the directors, officers and other key management
