Seat Surrender Policy for Rajasthan AYUSH Counselling 2023

To surrender your seat after the 1st round of counselling, you must appear in person at the office of the Counselling Board, Jodhpur along with the following documents:

• Seat allotment letter
• Original mark sheets and certificates of class 10th and 12th
• NEET UG 2023 Admit Card and Result/Scorecard
• Domicile certificate (if applicable)
• Category certificate (if applicable)
• ID proof such as Aadhaar card,  Voter card
• Security money receipt

Required Documents for Refund of Security Money

In order to receive a refund of your security money, you must submit the following documents to the Counselling Board:

• Seat allotment letter
• Original mark sheets and certificates of class 10th and 12th
• NEET UG 2023 Admit Card and Result/Scorecard
• Domicile certificate (if applicable)
• Category certificate (if applicable)
• ID proof such as Aadhaar card,  Voter card
• Security money receipt

Refund Process

Once you have submitted all of the required documents, the Counselling Board will process your refund request. The refund will be credited to your bank account within 15-20 working days.

Important Notes

• The security money will be forfeited if you do not surrender your seat in person at the office of the Counselling Board,  Jodhpur.
• The security money will also be forfeited if you do not submit all of the required documents for the refund process.
• The security money will be refunded in full,  minus any applicable processing fees.
