    The major criterion adopted by the Government College of Technology, Coimbatore, for B.E. / B.Tech courses happens to be the Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions (TNEA). The major steps involved here are as follows:

    Eligibility: The candidate must have passed in 10+2 with PCM with an aggregate of marks of at least 50% (relaxation is available as per the rules for the reserved categories).

    TNEA Counseling: Admission will be based on the Class 12 marks in PCM. Candidates have to apply through TNEA and ranks are allotted based on the marks.

    Merit List: TNEA prepares a merit list of eligible students, and seat allocation is done through counsell

    To be eligible for a B.E. or B.Tech course at Government College of Technology (GCT) in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, you must meet the following criteria:

    • Pass the 10+2 or equivalent exam with a minimum of 45% marks from a recognised board
    • If you passed 10+2 in a vocational subject, you must also have passed an engineering-related subject like Mathematics, Physics, or Chemistry

    To be eligible for a B.E. or B.Tech course at Government College of Technology (GCT) in Coimbatore, India, students must meet the following criteria:
