<p>In order to qualify for the course of Masters of Science at NSNIS (Netaji Subhas National Institute of Sports), the selection criteria is As Follows:&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Qualification</strong>: A candidate should be a graduate from any discipline from any recognised university in the country or outside the country. The candidate who&nbsp;have completed a Diploma in sports coaching NSNIS Patiala or any other centers of the institute with at least 60% marks.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Sport Skills</strong>: A special emphasis has to be put on availability for research work as well as expertise in sports.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Selection Procedure</strong>:&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Entrance Exam</strong>: The candidates are expected to complete an application and take the entrance exam organized by the NIS Patel in the taut specialty.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Interview</strong>: Interviews will be conducted after candidates have been selected based on the examination results.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Admissions Process</strong> : Selection will be made on merits in respect of available seats in the different categories.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p>

<p>Admissions Criteria for M.Sc Course :-&nbsp;</p><p>Graduate Degree from any recognised Indian/Foreign University with Diploma in Sports Coaching from SAI NS NIS, Patiala or its other academic Centers/ Diploma in Sports Coaching from any recognised University/Institute, /4 years (Eight Semester) B.Sc. (Sports Coaching) from any recognised University</p><p>OR PG Diploma in Sports Coaching awarded from any recognised state sports University with minimum 55% marks</p><p>The selection of the candidates for admission to Master of Sports Coaching will be conducted at Patiala. The candidates seeking admission to Master of Sports Coaching shall have to qualify in the written test regarding knowledge of Sports Sciences, and in the interview in which personality, power of expression and knowledge in the field of sports be looked into and should possess research aptitude.</p><p>Final Merit list will be cumulative of Marks in Education Qualification, Marks in Sports Achievement, Marks in Diploma in Sports Coaching, Written test and Interview.</p><p>This is overall criteria for admission in NSNIS.</p>
