What is the syllabus of TJEE exam?

<p>TJEE syllabus consists of subjects and topics to be studied for entrance exam. Students have to study topics from Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. Level of syllabus will be similar to 12th class qualifying exam.</p>

TJEE 2023 Syllabus for Physics: MODULE 1 Physics: Scope and excitement; nature of physical laws; Physics, technology, and society. Need for measurement: Units of measurement; systems of units; SI units, fundamental and derived units. Length, mass, and time measurements; Accuracy and precision of measuring instruments; measurement errors; significant figures Dimensions of physical quantities, dimensional analysis, and its applications. The frame of reference (inertial and non-inertial frames), Motion in a straight line; Position-time graph, speed, and velocity. Uniform and non-uniform motion, average speed and instantaneous velocity, uniformly accelerated motion, velocity-time, and position-time graphs, for uniformly accelerated motion (graphical treatment), Elementary concepts of differentiation and integration for describing motion. Scalar and vector quantities: Position and displacement vectors, equality of vectors, multiplication of vectors by a real number; addition and subtraction of vectors, Unit vector, Zero Vector, Resolution of a vector in a plane, Scalar and Vector products of Vectors, Relative velocity. Motion in a plane, Cases of uniform velocity and uniform acceleration, projectile motion, and Uniform circular motion. TJEE 2023 Syllabus for Chemistry: MODULE 1 1- Some Basic Concepts of Chemistry: General Introduction: Importance and scope of Chemistry. Historical approach to particulate nature of matter, laws of chemical combination. Dalton's atomic theory: the concept of elements, atoms, and molecules. Atomic and molecular masses, Mole concept and molar mass; percentage composition, empirical and molecular formula; chemical reactions, stoichiometry, and calculations based on stoichiometry. 2- Structure of Atom: Discovery of electron, proton, and neutron; atomic number; isotopes and isobars. Rutherford's model and its limitations. Bohr model and its limitations, the concept of shells and sub-shells, and the dual nature of matter and light. de Broglies relationship. OJEE question paper has four subjects, i.e. Quantitative Techniques, Verbal Reasoning and Comprehension, Analytical and Logical Reasoning, General Awareness and Computer Fundamentals.
