The TOEFL iBT (Internet-based Test) is designed to evaluates four key language skills: Reading, Listening, Speaking, and Writing. The syllabus of TOEFL exam for all 4 sections can be checked below.

The TOEFL iBT exam officially shifts to the new pattern on January 21, 2026. Any test you take before this date uses the 2025 format while all tests on or after this date use the 2026 update.
