The degree programme in Maters in Business Administration is one of the most jobs provider educational degree course in the world.I will suggest you to do MBA in HR or Marketing specializations for more career scope.
If you are not choosing LPU for MBA, make sure you are into IIMs or the deemed government business schools of India. Moreover, I would suggest you go through NIRF rankings 2020 for B-Schools and plan accordingly. LPU has been ranked 50th. Also, spending more money on colleges has nothing to do with the quality of education. It has to do with the quality of their infrastructure (for private colleges).

    Hi Akanksha,
If you want to get into HR after MBA, I would suggest you try for XLRI-HR program and jobs depend on the company you get into and varies from recruitment to training and development roles. Marketing positions in the majority of the companies begin with sales assignment before you are given a marketing role.No specialization is better than other. It all depends on individual's preferences and interests. It also depends on parameters on which you evaluate them. If you wish to know the answer for particular criteria, Please feel free to post the question.
    All the best
