It is done on a cut-off basis that will be released by LPU. Approximately, 130 scores would be okay enough to qualify.

The minimum percentage required in LPU-NEST for admissions is 30-40%. However, the percentage varies every year depending on the availability of seats.
  • Dear aspirant
The qualifying marks for LPU NEST varies between 30% to 40% for different courses. The candidate needs to qualify LPU NEST to get admission to courses like B.Tech. , MBA, Hons, B.Pharma MLT etc. For some courses like B.A. B. Comm, BBA etc. LPU NEST is not mandatory. In addition to qualifying LPU NEST a student is required to fulfill the eligibility and should have the required score in the previous qualification. So, it totally depends on the eligibility criteria for the course you wish to take admission to. You can check the eligibility criteria for your desired course at LPU website. Good luck.

To get admission in LPU through LPUNEST, a candidate generally needs to score at least 30% to 40% marks, which translates to around 120 to 160 out of 400. This score is typically sufficient for qualifying for admission in most undergraduate programs, including B.Tech and BCA. However, higher scores not only improve your chances of getting into competitive branches like Computer Science but also make you eligible for scholarships. For example, scoring above 150 can place you in the scholarship Category C, while scores above 300 can help you qualify for the highest scholarship bracket of up to 70% tuition fee waiver.
