It depends on the cut off based on the programme.

It is done on a cut-off basis that will be released by LPU. Approximately, 130 scores would be okay enough to qualify.

No, such percentage is required only you must score a perfect rank which must be eligible for scholarship and it contains the core syllabus of your class 12th opted by you at the time admission.
