You require to have good percentile in JEE Mains + advance paper above 95 percentile. Only minimum percentage of 75 is required for being eligible for IIT. -
80% but you need to take your rank on a high level because IIT is the toughest exam of India. And you need to study hard as hard you can this not easy but not the impossible. So just try to get only in study side than you can crack it.
