You should score more than 75 percent marks in your 12th and you must have good marks in JEE Advanced exam to get enrolled in an IIT. -
You should score at least 75% if you belong to general/OBC category and minimum 60% if you are an SC/ST student. -
You need to score good marks in JEE Advanced to get admission in IIT, it doesn't depend on class 12th result. But you have to score a minimum of 75% in class 12th.
