You need minimum of 75% and yes, you can do civil engineering after 12th. You will be eligible but only if you have completed any exam equivalent to 10+2 in 2018 / 2019/2020 irrespective of your age.

    Hi,
For admission through JEE Mains Paper 2, you have to score 75% in 10+2 exam. And for admission through NATA score, you need to get 50% marks in mathematics in 10+2, and minimum 50% in other subjects.

From this year, architecture admissions are made by Merit Score which is calculated by 12th score +half of NATA score. So, for getting admission in good college, you must score above 80. More you score in 12th, higher will be your merit score.

For admission in NIT through JEE Main paper 2, you should score at least 75% marks in your class 12th boards or be in the top 20 percentile in your boards.
For NATA 50% aggregate mark or more is enough.
