Candidates need to complete a minimum of Class 12 to apply for any of the UG courses of DPSRU. The minimum aggregate required is 55% for most of the UG programmes. There is 5% relaxation in the aggregate for SC/ ST/ OBC/ PwD candidates. Since admission to UG courses is based on merit in the last qualifying exam, candidates must fulfil the course-specific eligibility.

To be eligible for undergraduate courses at Delhi Pharmaceutical Sciences and Research University (DPSRU), a candidate must have passed Higher Secondary/Intermediate examination with English as one of the compulsory subjects. Apart from English, a combination of Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and/or Biology (PCM/PCMB) is compulsory with a minimum aggregate of 55% marks. DPSRU offers various undergraduate courses, including B.Pharma, D-pharma, BPT, BBA, B.Sc, and many others.
