What percentile should I target to get admission here? I have got 81% in 10th, 93% in 12th and 61% in graduation with 2 years of work exp.

You should target a percentile of 99.3+ -
IIM I takes into account your academics a lot. I guess 95-96 % would certainly fetch you a call. Best of luck .
