What placement opportunities are given to students in India & abroad after completing an MBA from Annamalai University (Distance Education)?

Hi, Actually, Placement is not available in any distance learning university. I am not talking about particular Annamalai, but I am talking about all distance learning universities, yes distance learning universities do provide placement support but they don't give any surety about the placement. Even if you enroll in regular universities in part-time course then there you don't get placement. Only regular full-time universities provide placement. You can enroll in this college by qualifying the AIEEE exams and by counselling. The admission process was simple and college was pretty open to the students and staff helped a lot. Placement Wing To be very honest, the placements of Annamalai University are not up to the mark. A huge number of students clear from a single department (may it be any department) at a time, with good marks, but to my surprise, the placements conducted by our placements and training cell are not up to the mark and requires up gradation. Techs and so on with heavy experience in the field of teaching. However, qualifications aside, the faculty was well experienced as to how to deal with students to carry out the teaching-learning process in a smooth manner and were extremely helpful and used lucid techniques and language to explain things whether in class or off class. Campus Life Campus life cannot be described mere in words. I can keep on writing and writing and writing. Gender ratio is well balanced, students from all over the country and also from overseas come to study. The campus is of 1500 acres. Separate campuses for physical education, sports are available. When taking about labs, I don't see any other college in entire India which provides such good labs. Course Curriculum Overview The course/syllabus is well prepared and designed strictly by following UGC/AICTE norms. The 1st year, we all branches shared a same classroom. From the 3rd semester, we were to attend classes in our own particular branch. Internships Opportunities This college does not provide any internship. However, we can in person attend internships if in any case necessary. Main thing to keep in mind is that colleges do not tolerate attendance less than 75%, if less than 75% you will be detained from that particular subject. Because of this rule you won’t be able to join any internship program as you are preoccupied in attending classes. College Events Well, like any other college, events are celebrated in all branches of the university. Intellectual events, cultural events, national level seminars, exhibitions are the ones which comprises most of the programs and events held in Annamalai University.

You can get your admission in this college by qualifying the AIEEE exam and by counselling. The admission process is very simple and the supporting staff is very helpful. Placement: To be honest placement in Annamalai University is not good. They enroll lot of students in every department. Lots of students clear from single department at same time and with good marks. Very limited companies come here. Several companies come which for no backlog and minimum of 7.0 pointer. The average salary offered here is about 3 lakhs per annum, which is very less, (you can’t even pay your rent). Rating 3/10 Faculty- Faculty members here are rude and are emotionless as they are only concerned about their jobs. They do not support student. As this university is south Indian the quality of speaking English is bad you won't be able to understand their accent. Teacher here prefers old way of teaching and not updating their knowledge according to is new era. You will found student teaching teacher about their own subject. Rating 4/10 Infrastructure- The college is surrounded with greenery. There is no Wi-Fi in campus if you want to use Wi-Fi you have to pay some amount and only able to use in library. Food quality is bad. Mess is dirty and not well maintained. Rating 5/10 Other- They don't tolerate attendance billow 75% is less than 75 % then you will be detained from that subject. Because of this rule students are not able to go for internship, which is really bad. Overall rating 4/10

Annamalai University has entirely- grown placement cell, which is managed by the team of experts. The placement cell of the university painstakingly trained each learner for the industries and hones their multiple skills. Hello, Annamalai University provides distance learning courses and many students get placed in good firms. However, the university and degree can only provide you with the opportunities. It is the candidate who has to convert and get the final company call. Make sure that you keep working hard and study outside the syllabus and know the current business trends. This college has good course structure that provides a right direction for placement preparation. Keep working smart to get placed in good companies. Placements are mainly dependent on two things: 1-Hard work 2-Luck. The only thing which you can do is increase your preparation. Plan your preparation strategy beforehand.
