What's the eligibility for aviation ground staff? Is it BBA, B.Com, 12th or hotel management? How can I know about the vacancy for the same?

Basically, all the graduation/courses that you have mentioned are acceptable for aviation ground staff jobs, the profiles severed by each may differ. For CSA they require candidates to be graduate. For Assistant Jobs the eligibility is class 12th pass. For some other role specific profiles Hotel Management is also required. Hence, it depends on you as to what role you are looking for. You may find job notifications on each airlines' career page.
