Other than the government departments, you could also consider working with food manufacturers, drug and healthcare companies, hospitals, freezing plants, breweries, as a lecturer, medical centres and restaurant chains, etc. The minimum eligibility for any PG level course is graduation. Some additional eligibility criteria include: B.Sc (Hom Science) with specialization in Foods and Nutrition, PG Diploma in Dietetics and Public Health Nutrition (PDPHN) or its equivalent, a graduate or an equivalent course from the backgrounds like science, healthcare, medical, pharmaceutical and catering along with either the Diploma in Nutrition and Health Education Degree (DNHE), Certificate in Nutrition and Child Care (CNCC) or Certificate in Foods and Nutrition offered by IGNOU.
