That not only helps you to divide your day into periods allotted for each subject, but also makes your work more organized. 2. Maintain an excel sheet. 3. Take the aid of modern technology to prepare for your exams. 4. Maintain an excel sheet to record the number of subjects you have to study, the number of subjects you cover each day and the chapters that you cover. 5. This way, you can tell at a glance (literally!). Which subjects and chapters you have studied well enough to confidently give yourself the green signal, and which ones need more revisions.

Under Graduate Aptitude Test UGAT is a standardized test being administered by AIMA annually to screen the candidates for various under graduate programs such as Integrated MBA (IMBA), BBA, BCA, BHM B.Com etc. UGAT bulletin is brought out along with the UGAT form and profiles the institutes / colleges / universities accepting UGAT score for information of the candidates. It gives wide visibility of the institutes among potential candidates. The candidates are given the option to indicate any five of the participating institutes / colleges / universities. The data and score of the candidates are provided to the institutes / colleges / universities indicated by the candidates. In addition, candidates are provided individual score card, which can be produced to any institute. Institutes / colleges / universities can decide on the cut-off score for admission or for further screening based on the number of seats available.

AIMA UGAT- The entrance exam for a UG program of BHM offered by AIMA. This is a regular program for students aspiring admission in Hotel management course. The basic eligibility is 12th pass with 50% marks. The exam consists of 130 questions to be completed in 2 hours. The exam is based on the following topics General knowledge- 30 questions English language-40 questions Numerical and data analytics- 40 questions Reasoning- 30 questions The preparation needs you to set a timetable for revision of each section, revise old sample papers and if possible you can also practice on timed mock papers. Joining a coaching center can also help you to prepare for the exam and understand the important topics for preparation. You should also be aware of the current affairs and recent events through newspapers and internet updates this will help you especially in the general knowledge and they are the easiest scoring sections.

Of course, the colors can be of your choice. The central idea is to just organise the work to make things easy for you. 6.Record what you learn. Literally, too. You can actually read difficult portions aloud and have your voice recorded, as you read. 7.Listen to this recorded voice of yours while you rest. Keep your eyes shut and just concentrate on what you hear. Use earphones, if you wish to. The matter is likely to reach your mind through your ears. People like hearing their own voices; especially through electronic devices. Through this step, you perform three actions that mean a lot to exam preparation:

The Entrance Exam consists of four sections. The questions consist of Reasoning and Intelligence, English language, General Knowledge and Numerical and Data analysis.Preparation strategy for AIMA UGAT:The candidate has to spend equal time for all four sections. They should prepare a time table and should follow this till their exam. They have to read newspapers and magazines daily to know the current happenings in India and around the world. The candidate can find many online tests for language skills. They have to practice these papers to improve their skills. For mathematics section, they should learn short cut methods and formulas thoroughly. This will help them to complete this section soon. Time management is more important for preparation and writing the exam.
