What should I do after BCA. I can't do MCA since I can't afford it. I instead want to try for a government job. Can you recommend options?

For government jobs, start preparing for entrance exams. There are many SBI PO Civil services, RRB, RBI, SSC CGL etc. Fill entrance application forms and start giving exams. Different exams have different difficulty level and scope. Read about each and apply accordingly.
    Or,
You also can do vendor certifications. If you are interested in Java, then give OCPJP exam. If you are interested in SQL then do Oracle SQL or Microsoft SQL certification. Likewise, if you are interested in hardware and networking then CCNA. And then do job in IT Sector.
