    Hello Rakshita! I think that following up the BCA programme with an MCA is the right decision. Here are some reasons why I think so.

    ·         Doing an MCA enhances your knowledge & skills making it easier for you to get better job options with higher salaries.

    ·         Having an MCA makes you a more credible and competent candidate in the eyes of the employers and this helps improve your career growth.

    As per my opinion choose Job get experience for atleast 2 years and beside that job do MBA because for every promotion MBA is needed. MCA is not needed that much in this sector.
