Law is a best option than B.Sc now. You will take CLAT entrance exam and join NLU for 5 years integrated LLB. Then clear IAS in law optional. Law optional is now the biggest success ratio in UPSC. B.Tech in IIT and NITs are also good.

B.Sc is the best option for you as it will help you with the preparation for IAS exam.

If you want to prepare for MPSC, UPSC then always B.Sc (Hons) is the better option.
